Organic Black Bean Bowl with Carnitas

Slow roasted pork, ethically sourced organic black beans grown in Oregon (we get ours from @hummingbirdwholesale check out this cool local company, they do great things), freshly made pico (that’s tomatoes, onions, cilantro and jalapenos) we add organic mangos and finished off with a little salsa verde to give it a kick, but also to take the flavor profile up a few notches. You can be the chef here and add from 8-12 oz of boiling water depending on how you like your meal.
